“I don't know how good this footware was as I never got it! Apparently it was 'lost in the mail', then I was informed, actually OluKai-UK didn't have this exact model available in the size I wanted anymore, so would I be happy with a different model in the same range. OK, I said. This replacement model was also then 'lost in the post' and never arrived. To be fair, I was then offered a refund (as this company OluKai-UK, clearly didn't know how to use a courier service, or maybe the product never existed in the first place?), which I did receive, surprisingly, but I think that was more likely due to the fact that I paid using my credit card (and therefore had all the customer protectIon thatcgoes with a MasterCard).
It took over 24 hours to get replies from them and overall the experience wasn't good. A shame as the flip flops looked really good. Avoid buying from this company.”
