“I bought a 12 & had to go to a size 13. It was very smooth process to exchange. I love the shoe, i am going to try wearing it all day tomorrow. I did try and put the back down to wear it ad a slip on and it slips right off. Not practical to wear as slides but as a shoe comfortable.”
