“These shoes are comfortable. My only concern when I first tried them on is the opening is tighter than any of my other olakai shoes and they seemed a tad narrower too. When you where size 14 you need a little more room to wiggle to get your feet in shoes. The sown in tongue was the issue since they are lace up shoes. But after wearing them around the house a few times, I love them. I gave them 4 out of 5 because of the tongue since I wasnt sure if I would be able to wear them at first.”
“The shoes are too small and the return/exchange process under the governmental shelter at home orders made it too difficult to complete the return. Waste of $140 and kind of pissed that customer service wasn't more flexible considering the circumstances.
I purchased a pair of slippers before I bought these shoes and those slippers fit perfectly. I mistakenly assumed there would be continuity of size across styles. I thought it would be easy to just buy a second pair of shoes and they would fit perfectly, I was wrong.
I wish they would just send me the size 8, i requested.
