“The shoes are too small and the return/exchange process under the governmental shelter at home orders made it too difficult to complete the return. Waste of $140 and kind of pissed that customer service wasn't more flexible considering the circumstances.
I purchased a pair of slippers before I bought these shoes and those slippers fit perfectly. I mistakenly assumed there would be continuity of size across styles. I thought it would be easy to just buy a second pair of shoes and they would fit perfectly, I was wrong.
I wish they would just send me the size 8, i requested.

“I have a wide foot so they seem to be a little snug. I cushion is not as soft on both shoes I ordered as I recall from my first pair over ten years ago. Maybe it's my feet and getting older 😂”
