“This is my fifth pair of Olukais (including one pair of flip flops - plan on getting a second!). The website indicated a narrow fit. I am between a 9.5 and 10 so ordered the 10. The toe box was still pretty tight. Wearable but not that comfortable. Returned for a 10.5 and they fit pretty well. Still, not a generous toe box, but I wouldn’t go any bigger. Well ventilated and comfortable for all day use.
For the return, I used the Happy Returns process for the first time. Very easy. As soon as the QR code was scanned and the shipping location, Olukai sent me the replacement shoes!”
