“I really liked the style/color combo of this shoe but didn’t know what size to order. I have another pair of OluKai’s that are 10.5 so started with that size. They were way to tight so expedited an 11 and 11.5 as I was going on vacation to make sure I could get the right size. The 11 fit great. I tried to return the 10.5 I had ordered but the website was not responding. I tried to return after my vacation only to find out I was just outside the 30 day window. I tried calling, emailing and using online chat for customer service - NO RESPONSE. As much as I love the shoes, the customer service is lacking and am disappointed being stuck with $130 shoes that don’t fit. There is another pair of shoes I want to order and offered to return for store credit. I understand there is a labor shortage out there but these are not cheap shoes.”
