“A year ago I bought a pair of your shoes got my husband and he loved them so much he wore them all summer every single day.
So this year I ordered a second pair that looked similar to what he had, but these shoes are hard for him to get on. He does not want to wear them with the heel down.
Also, the new pair do not have much support. We would like to send them back and get a pair like his first pair.
