“I have a few other pairs of shoes from your company and have loved them. I looked online for this pair and it shows the shoes being much more navy blue than black. When I received the shoes, 2 weeks late, the shoes appear much more black than the website and was very disappointed (should have known lava meant dark, but it use did not look black on your website). I tried to call customer service to discuss, but ended up not being worth my time to stay on hold for 30-40 mins to work out a $110 pair of shoes. I wold love to return for another paid of shoes that match up with your website description, otherwise, I will look elsewhere for the future.

Firstly, I love your shoes (I’m currently wearing ‘Ohana sandals.) I just wish they were easier to get in the UK and the shipping cost is painful.
I got these with another pair of Nohea Moku, which are fantastic and my favourite. I wear them all the time. Honestly, I though these would be a chunkier version but they’re not (laces, material etc). They’re still great though.
If you did make a sneaker version of the Nohea Moku, you’d probably have my perfect shoe.”
