Aloha,

We would love to resolve this for you and ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Feel free to email us at info@olukai.com and we would be happy to discuss some options with you.
“OluKai sizes these slippers a full two sizes smaller than normal. I am an eleven and couldn't even get these on. So, I had to do an exchange for the next size up--which I could only get on with much work and forcing--so I had to exchange those for the size 13 which finally fits. While the return process is simple, it takes a very, very long time for OluKai to process and ship the replacements out. From the date when I ordered the size 11 pair, to the date when I received the size 13 pair, a full month had passed. So, if you're going to order these, do yourself a favor and assume that your regular size is two sizes smaller than OluKai's.”
“Not great. A bit uncomfortable. Less elegant than the photo, poorly fitting (too tight), a bit clompy when walking. Wife told me to Chuck them, wish I hadn’t splashed on them.”

“I purchased these slippers with high expectations and was not disappointed. They’re warm, like roasty-toasty warm! They have a nice semi-hard sole so if you're inclined to walk the dog in your flannel lounge pants and slippers, these are for you!
Interesting fun fact: I own a pair of Mea Ola sandals. They are a size 11 and a perfect fit. I own a pair of MAluka’I shoes which are also 11’s and a perfect fit. My new slippers had to be exchanged for a 12 which ironically now are a perfect fit!? Not saying this is an “everybody issue” but if you have a wide foot or a high instep like me, go for the bigger size.”
