“Great shoes from a wearer's perspective - very comfortable, easy to wear, etc. My only gripe is that for the money I expected the shoes to be somewhat water-resistant. However, after being caught out in a light rain once, the shoes now have a "faded" look, which means the light rain (here in Cali, it's very light!) has affected the color and I'm nervous to wear them in the rain or if rain is likely.
Hopefully, this is resolved at some point with newer shoes. Other than that... I've been very happy with the shoes.”
“Grey shoes much lighter than appeared online. My son-in-law said the shoes fit well. I was very upset that his Christmas present took much longer than was noted when I ordered. Looks like they sat in Washington state for over a week before being shipped via FedEx GROUND!! Received one week and half to receive. Very poor service.”
“These were a Christmas gift for someone, and they looked like someone wore them a few times, scuffed them up, wrinkled the leather, and then threw them back into a box that had already been beaten up.
I did contact customer service and they told me that the recipient could email them for an exchange since I wouldn’t get new ones by Christmas. The recipient decided to keep them but I was very unpleased with the state they were in.”
