I reached out to customer service and was honestly impressed—they responded quickly and had a replacement pair shipped out the same day after I sent in photos. Top-notch service.
The shoes themselves are fantastic. I’m a bit of a shoe guy and have tried a lot of different brands, but these are the ones I keep reaching for. The toe box is incredibly comfortable—especially important for me right now as I’m managing some neuropathy post-chemo. These give me the support and space I need without sacrificing style.
I’ve noticed a little discoloration starting to show on the side soles, which I think is just from regular wear, but it’s minor and not really noticeable unless you're looking for it.
All in all, I’m really happy with both the shoes and the customer service. Highly recommend.”
“Nice looking shoe bought for a wedding. But one kneeling picture revealed that the shoe base is just painted white and the edge of the leather doesn't extend into the base. So you can't take care of these to keep them white.”
