“Great sandal. I have to buy a size larger than I normally wear. But I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping so it would arrive before a week vacation to the beach. But it took 4 days and when I called and asked they said there was a 24 hour processing time not factored into the quoted shipping time. That is a first for me. Great product but a huge oversight in customer service. Customer service was well aware of the issue, but it didn't sound like it would change. Beware.”
