“First of all, my size is a 10, so perhaps the algorithm is having a bit of a seizure? This is a great shoe. I have 3 pair now, after getting the blue one (10) as a replacement for a new model built on a narrower last than the wide toe box original last that I first loved with the Nohea Mesh (I have 3 pair of those as well) but which, sadly are no longer available. I have a few other pair, all on the wide last. Be careful if you prefer to not have your toes jammed together when you walk, stand, or sit. I think it would be helpful if they eschewed the current trend towards sheikh, uncomfortable footwear, in favor of comfort. All my shoes are comfortable, look great, and get gushing comments wherever I go. No need for following a silly trend when where you came from is spectacular. Stay ‘local’, ya? With all respect, gratitude-your customer service is totally Akamai!, and aloha.

“After many, many years of trying many, many different types of sandals, I realized that ... I just don't like sandals. So, I searched for a pair of shoes that I thought would be most like a sandal but was not. It needed to be breathable, capable of being worn with or without socks, could get wet (step in puddles), could be walked in for miles a day, and looked good in pants and shorts. I chose the Moku Pae's and received them one month ago. I have not walked for them in miles yet, but all my other needs have been met.
This shoe was also incredibly comfortable right out of the box. I like the weight of the sole, and it is surprisingly supportive and comfortable! The Trench Blue is a lovely color (but I was and am tempted by the Canoe color too--if only I was more color adventurous).
Could not be happier with the comfort, quality, and looks. This was my first pair of Olu Kai's, but certainly won't be my last.”
