“Love these shoes! The style is great, the fit is great, and they are comfortable. The real story is, that I bought a pair of OluKai before these that I wore about 3 times in 6 months since most of those months were in the winter. I went to a wedding in July and switched into the shoes for the wedding ceremony and one of the shoelace eyelets popped off. The next day I decided to look at the website to see if they had a warranty on their shoes and they did, a one-year warranty. I wrote to customer service and attached pics of the shoes and the next day they responded to me. They said that model was discontinued, but I could get any pair on the website of equal value. The best customer service!! I'm a customer for life!”
