“At first I found the inside base of the shoe to be uneven. However after wearing a couple times the shoes molded nicely to my feet and they are like gloves. Feel great and dry quickly when wet”
“Really enjoy these shoes! Have several pairs of Olu Kai shoes that have been awesome, but I’ve been a pretty loyal Sperry wearer for a long time and wasn’t sure if I’d like these boat shoes. They don’t disappoint! Comfortable, more cushion than Sperry and they’re easier to put on and take off. Love the styling also. Fit a little big, but not so much that it’s a problem.”
“Did not realize these were non tie laces. I guess I didn’t read carefully enough. They are very loose and uncomfortable. They look good but are uncomfortable. Also the soles are not very thick. For the cost they feel flimsy.”
“I love the shoes. I have been wearing OluKai shoes as my everyday shoe for years. But…
1) I wish the uppers were more resilient. Long before the soles are worn out, the mesh upper material develops holes where my toenails press against the inside of the shoe
2) in the case of these particular shoes. I wish the laces were a dark color not white. I actually bought a dye pen and colored them to get the desired aesthetic. I shouldn’t have to do that on a new shoe. See photo below. I think it is a much better look. My last pair were the Island Salt color and came with laces that matched the upper shoes color.”
