“I ordered a size 7 but was sent a size 5 instead. I contacted customer service to tell them that the order was wrong and they quickly took care of it by sending me the correct size I ordered. The customer service agents were super nice and extremely helpful! They went above and beyond to take care of the snafu! As for the sandals themselves, they're perfect! Love OluKai!”
