“I wear these things like regular shoes. After a couple of months, the right flip flop has started to get pock marks under the outer edge of my foot and the strap between my toes is looking pretty worn. The left one is starting to do the same thing. Is this normal?? I was expecting these things to last for years....now I'm not so sure. Can I get them replaced? Are you going to make this right?? I spent $75 on flip flops....that was a first for me. I thought these would be better quality for that price.”

“At first I didn’t like how the shoes felt on my feet. They felt hard. I tried them on a second time and walked around in them. As I walked more they started to feel more comfortable. Then they seemed to mold to the shape of my feet. Now they are very comfortable. I love them.”
“Ok, I admit it - I tried a pair of “Olu Kai’s” from Amazon. DO NOT TRY THAT! I’ve worn these fantastic “slippahs” (as we call them in Hawaii) for years. There is nothing that compares to the real thing. I love my new pair (so cute with the little pineapples on the straps)! Thanks for the consistent quality and service.”
“These are just as pictured, I love them. But the advice to “size up” did not work for me.
I am typically an 8.5 so ordered a 9, which was too big. I returned them for an 8, which fits perfectly.”
