“I initially thought I hit the holy grail with these. I have planters fasciitis and they seemed to be a hit for my sore heels. I only wore them one day and noticed a hole in the seam and some matted and missing shearling. Customer service was wonderful and sent me a new pair. Unfortunately, since they can’t resell the first pair, I’m stuck with two pairs of slippers that make my feet feel worse.
