“I wear a Women's 7.5-8. After carefully reading all the reviews I decided to order a women's size 8 Malua Hulu I have a very high arch and instep, my Dr. recommended I buy slippers with arch support since I spend a lot of time in slipper, so was excited to get these.
First they were very hard to get on my feet because the leather was so stiff. Once, I finally got them on my feet, the arch support was up under my heel no where near my arch. I walked around for a few minutes (like literally two or three minutes) inside the house and I had to take them off they hurt my feet so bad. I had bruises on my heels even using arnica (homeopathic bruise cream) my heels hurt for 5 days.
I have been having trouble returning them the QR code isn't working. The slipper is beautiful I would have loved to have been able to wear them :(”
