“I purchased these shoes for my upcoming vacation where we'll probably be doing a fairamount of walking. They came in and I was so excited I couldn't wait to start wearing them right away. They are beautiful, and everything I had hoped for except the size was too small for me. I had measured my feet and ordered accordingly but I have wide feet and despite my love for them I knew I would not be able to walk in them for very long. I contacted customer service and despite the shoes having been lightly worn, they went above and beyond by ordinging a new pair to exchange the too small pair. I cannot begin to express just how fabulous every single person I had the pleasure of corresponding with was. Truly phenomenal customer service. Great company, great shoes. Just buy them, you won't regret it.”
“I LOVE these shoes! Originally I had ordered a size I usually wear, size 9 however, they were a bit tight so, I needed to exchange for a 9.5 but the order didn't have a return order number. I contacted support and they were so wonderfully helpful. I explained I wanted the shoes before a trip and needed to break them in so they sent the 9.5 immediately. These shoes are so comfortable, they didn't need any breaking in at all. I highly recommend Pehuea Lī ‘Ili shoes and give 5 stars to their customer support.”
“I love my shoes, but you might want to go up 1/2 size because of where the arch is placed on the footbed. I have the leather and the canvas versions and all have to be 9 1/2 instead of a 9 because of the arch. Arch support is everything and if it is not in the right place, you won't be comfortable. Otherwise, this shoe is amazing!”

“Very cute. Bought my regular size, a bit big in the back but ok with that. Only issue I had, can’t wear long time developed great toe pain. The front box narrows to the stitch area. I hope in time it relaxes enough to be great pair of shoes”
