“The insole is so comfortable and the shoe fits well. My only complaint is the stitching at the side near the bottom of the laces is rough on the inside. I spoke to customer service. They were more than willing to replace the shoe with a different size or another style. I chose to keep my shoes. I've been wearing a short, thin sock with the shoes and that seems to make things better. Love them and love the service.”
