“The shoes aren’t horrible looking, but definitely not a well made. At first look the leather looks a bit cheap.
They run small so I ordered an 8.
The threads and leather on the inside of the tongue poke out and into your foot. After just a few minutes of wearing them it was painful. I attempted wearing them in hopes it would work out but it didn’t. At this price point there shouldn’t be issues like this.
I gave them to my daughter who wears a size 7. And
they did the same to her.
I’m sure I could figure out a way to fix this and if the shoes were $20 i would consider this. But not for $120.
Customer service is amazing. They respond to emails within hours and work to replace the shoes immediately.
So if you do have any issues with your shoes know they will make it right.”
