“Your instruction manual says not to turn on the machine without the glass bowl securely in place. Then there should be a proximity switch or similar that only allows machine to be operated when the glass bowl is properly in position and secure for working. Otherwise the controls should be disabled. This will avoid being turned on by mistake when cleaning etc”
