“Haven't used it yet so this review is largely useless - I can only comment on the aesthetics and apparent build quality.
What I can say is that the bag looks 'tough' and has a large number of clever design features. It certainly has so many loops, zips and compartments that organising stuff should be easy.
4 stars only b/c the proof is in the pudding and I haven't tasted that yet.
I can say that the service from On Duty was exceptional - effortless and extremely prompt (at my door within 4 working days).”
