Hi Cate, I'm sorry you were not happy with the item you received. We do our best to ensure the colours of the product are correct but with people using so many different devices and different brightness levels it makes it very difficult for customers to see colour exactly as they are. Regarding the softness, we used 400gsm towelling for this item which is thicker than most baby robes and towels available. If you're not happy with what you have received we are happy to replace it with an item of similar value. “We got the Personalised Pink Bunny Hooded baby robe for both of our girls and they were gorgeous - the quality of the towels are soo nice and they have been washed and dried several times and still feel brand new! We love that there are different colors to pick from when personalising and chose blush pink for our eldest and purple for our youngest.”
