“I have suffered from chronic insomnia for more than a decade, and while CBD oil has not ended this, it has helped me relax at night, which helps. I also think the oil helps with pain tolerance. It is worth noting that this oil has a refreshing taste (I like the cinnamon flavor) and does not leave a bitter aftertaste like some other brands do. I don't find the taste to be unpleasant at all -- but do remember to shake the bottle before using. That seems to be the magic trick. :)”
