“Original part was faulty at installation. Told me the part needed to be tested by the manufacturer before replacement - this is against Australian consumer law. Even though it was tested & a report was obtained by the auto electrician as requested. I am out the cost of postage for the new part and the return of the faulty one, not to mention the cost of having the part installed by an auto electrician twice and a new battery as the old one was damaged by the faulty alternator. Not impressed, shame as I have had not problems previously but this has left a sour taste.”

“Had to get a rocker cover gasket for my Nissan Vanette 1992, looked online, saw a gasket, purchased and it arrived within a reasonable period. Went to fit said gasket, but no half moon end peices! rand up to enquire as to their whereabouts, 'Oh, you need the kit' !!I said couldn't see a kit on the site, 'well it's there' OK, purchased a kit, noted the 'free returns', however, kit arrived, no return postage sticker and conveniently no communication since!! Also, got back on the website and couldn't find any 'kit' for my Nissan Vanette listed!!! so three stars for the product arriving but none for the customer service. Addendum, during the conversation I asked if it were possible to not replace the half moon ends, 'Oh no definately should replace them, can't just put the gasket on' so I said why are you just selling the gasket surely you'd increase your sales figures by selling kits as they cost more??”
