“It doesn't work correctly, installed correctly and turn the key and it just clicks, if you keep turning the key it eventually engages and turns the engine over, once it does starting turning over it sounds healthy it just takes about 10 to 15 key turns to get it to work. I have attached a vid for proof”

Hello Mitchell, we did confirm with you that this product was indeed DOA. This is not a common issue at all and in fact we have sold 50+ of these starter motors with no issues at all. As you already know we have already fully credited you for the complete cost of the item. Apologies for this issue it is an extremely rare occurrence for this to have happened.

“I'm so happy with the starter motor that I purchased with online Auto Parts, the courier service was so fast I received my packaged within 2days I was so amazed and the product was brand new, I mean brand NEW! Sealed in thick plastic. Not like some other web sights you get your product packed in a random box they say it's a new product but it's not it's used and broken. From now if I need a part for my car I'm going ONLINE AUTO PARTS. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER”

“As noted by another purchaser, the terminal on the solenoid is different than the genuine one but this was an easy fix. Otherwise no problems.”
