“Placed order on 29/12/17 had to make contact with supplier on 9/1/18 to chase up order finally received order on 12/1/18 to find it damaged , sent images on 12th received a replay on 15/1/18 to say it is passed on to warehouse . Still waiting to see when replacement is going to be sent.”

Your initial email, sent on Friday evening, was picked up by our team first thing on Monday morning so apologies for the delay over the weekend when our offices were closed. As confirmed on Monday our warehouse are sending you a replacement, please just bear with us whilst we prepare this for dispatch. As per our delivery policy deliveries can take up to 7 working days.
