“This was our first experience with Only Home and it has been very disappointing. We ordered 4 dining chairs in 2 different colourways (green and mustard). As soon as we opened the box, we could see that there was a significant mismatch between the colour of the chairs we received and the colours depicted on the website. We pointed out to our "Customer Success Manager" that we felt the colours of the chairs were misrepresented by the website photos, but she only seemed interested in whether the items were damaged or not. A disappointed customer did not seem to be of importance. We had no option but to return the chairs at our own cost - expensive, time consuming and stressful. We also had to chase up the refund. We had been considering exchanging the chairs for a different set, but have decided not to risk another purchase with this company.”
