“The staff at OnlyHome is friendly and helpful, but the rocking chair I bought is a nightmare to put together. At first the screws I got sent were the wrong one and then even the right screws were too short for the frame so the feet barely stay on. Also I haven't managed yet to screw the actual chair onto the frame. Tbe holes in the frame aren't level and don't quite match tbe holes in the chair. I'm not yet sure, if I ever will be able to enjoy this chair. I'd like to know, if the manufacturer ever tried to put one of his chairs together himself. I'm very disappointed!”

I can see our support team have been in touch and provided you with instructions on how to assemble the chair now you have the correct fixings, I am sure if you follow those it will go together correctly.
