“I bought three tee shirts for an upcoming trip. When they arrived I realized I needed a different size, but could not get the exchange completed before my trip. I asked to cancel for a refund and they refunded my money before I even sent the shirts back. Great Customer service and I will be ordering from them again in the future!”

“I did a bit of research and decided to order a Bamboo t-shirt from ONNO. I received my order promptly but unfortunately, it was a bit too small. I contacted the company by e-mail and re-ordered the next size & also received it promptly. The t-shirt is comfortable, the material is soft & lightweight & just what I wanted. It is a small company & their customer service is outstanding. I was prepared to return the original t-shirt that was the incorrect size but the company has asked that I donate it to someone in need. It is refreshing to deal with a company that is credible and also shows accountability by considering other's needs. I would definitely order from ONNO again as well as encourage others to do so. 5 stars in my book.”
