“This has happened at least four times, when picking up the products, the deposits that I paid ahead of time, were not taken off the full price of the product at the cashier. The person(s) at the til had to redo the whole transactions, and in one case, took 10 minutes to figure out what was owed. To me this is a waste of time for the employee and the customer. On my next order, I will not leave a deposit to simplify things.”
