“First they shipped me the wrong item, ( the probiotic cleanser instead of the moisturizer ), then they shipped me with the correct item but with its jar lid not sealed properly, which the moisturizer leaked out everywhere. Kolya spend so much time adding in samples in their packaging, instead of actually taking care of the item placed. I guess it's more important for them to feed you with other product samples than to look after the items you actually ordered.”

“I personally have sensitive dry acne prone skin, and this is by far one of the best moisturizers I have ever used. It leaves a cool feeling to the skin and leaves my skin feeling rejuvenated. It also feels very moisturizing but won't just sit on the surface of the skin, which I think is very important for me since some moisturizers do tend to leave a finish on the skin and I like to wear makeup, so it's great that it doesn't interfere with my makeup application process. Ultimately, I love how I feel protected from blemishes and other environmental factors when I have the cream on due to the fact that it helps calm current breakouts and is a nice preventive measure for people who suffer from blemishes. Definitely, a must have for me!”
