“This is the perfect multivitamin for those who are immune compromised or with autoimmune diseases. Does not contain iodine, which I personally cannot take due to my disease and most multivitamins do contain iodine. It does not contain calcium or iron either, but I don't mind taking those separately. It does have bonus anti-inflammatory supplementsq like curcumin, Resveratrol, green tea extract and others.”
