“Can Prev's liquid Mag is the best form of magnesium available on the market, from what I have found. It contains the most ideal form of the magnesium compound - chelate. I had my massuese suggest magnesium to me saying it tastes terrible but I have found this liquid mag to be extremely tasty, almost sweet. The flavour reminds me of old 1990s Mr. Freezee popsicles that we used to down in my youth. Happy taste buds aside, the chelate version is exactly what my rock solid muscels and scar tissue needs. So much so I am sometimes found "cheating" on my Intermittent Fasting by having an extra serving. Not that it breaks a fast but if feels like a cheat treat to my body.”
