“This blend has been easier on my stomach than other iron supplements. It was recommended by a naturopath to improve low ferritin. Remember to take citrus (juice, lemon water, vitamin C pills or liquid) for better absorption. My naturopath also recommended taking it every second day (double dose) as recent studies have indicated that iron is better absorbed every second day.”
