“I have tried various brands of liquid magnesium and this one is by far may favourite. My sister introduced it to me and when something works this well you want to make sure others know about it too. There is such a mild and pleasant taste that I do not even need to quickly wash it down with water. I take this before bed and it relieves me of leg cramps and restlessness. I sure am glad I found this product.”

“I buy this for myself as well as for my mother. She says it makes a world of difference in her joints. If she misses a day or so she can really feel it. In the past, she has tried different types of magnesium, but not we will not change from this brand.”

“I take this every day and it makes a huge difference in the relief of leg cramps. It is so easy to take and does not have a terrible taste at all.”

“...and a reduction in inflammation as well as anxiety. I use a shot glass to take the 1ounce (once a day) recommended dosage which also tastes great. I find the liquid form more fast acting and its a nice change from taking my other daily vitamins that only come in tablet or capsule form.”
