“I like to fill a mason jar halfway with calendula and top the jar up with a lightweight, inexpensive oil such as sweet almond. I let it sit in a sunny window for a week or two, then strain and discard the flowers. What's left is a gorgeous calendula-infused oil ready for use in my favorite healing salves and lotions.”
