“Years ago my shoulder started hurting extremely. Went to the Doc. Found out that my rotor cuff was the problem. The Docs solution .... pain-killer. Now my Doc is one of the foremost in Canada and he is a soft tissue/sports authority. I am so glad I didn't trust that advise. I went to the health food store and was introduced to Opti-Joint. It works, but I have to keep taking it. I understand other people can stop after their symptoms go away. That's not my case. But I have a very useful shoulder and I am not taking pain-killers.”
