“I had started to feel twinges in my knees - part of the standard decrepitude of fogeydom... They weren't severe or grindy... just twinges as opposed to "Knee Replacement" light coming on ;-) I inquired at Optimum Health about something which might help. I was recommended to use the combination of Opti-AI and Opti-Joint. I did notice after a week or so, the frequency of the twinges declined The most compelling/confirming aspect was that I had run out of both, and didn't get it together to purchase more right away, so after about a week I notice the twinges returned That was an incentive to get-on-it and sure enough after a week, the twinges abated again. So... anecdotal as my observations are, I would describe the effects as sufficiently beneficial to keep taking one capsule of each morning and night...”
