“Bought this stuff because I was looking into stress relievers beyond ashwagandha. This stuff works pretty well; at least for me it works a little but like caffeine. A slight buzz minus the jitters and it doesn't keep me up at night. It does make me nauseous however, so I use it sparingly. I'd only recommend if you're new to natural stress-relief remedies and haven't tried anything else.”
