“Theses drinks do work well I've lost 12 kg,s in 6 months with this product, I think I would loss more if I cut my evening meal to a smaller portion as well, but my doctor is happy with me, the wife is happy as well and that's the main thing, I still want to loss another 20kg,s so still drinking these.
The only thing I would like if there was a more of a choice of flavour,s and the flavours could be a bit more stronger. IMO.
I use a drink blender as well which saves trying to shake the drinks up
