“Nice flavour great taste and the texture is great to if you shake it up properly if not you will find lump in it but I am doing two shakes a day and I have gone from 117kg to 105kg and that's with a 3 week break off them in Christmas lol but it's been 3 months since I started and I am well and truly on my way to my goal of 80 kg”
