“I like the fact that you don't have to replace all meals, so if you are invited out for dinner, no worries. Don't' appear to have cravings yet, though only been 2 weeks. Enjoying the flavour. Sometimes I add a fresh banana if feeling like I need a bit extra at a certain meal.”
