“Many years ago I used optislim & it worked a charm, so I started again as I couldn't get into dieting, & I decided to go with optislim again it is so easy , satisfying and really fills me, so I am not hungry, & it's so tasty, I love the shakes. I am just using it for maintenance now, I just needed to liose 10 kilo's, & feeling great.
I have put my husband on it also & he is doing okay,
We also find travelling the bars are good as we use for our lunch or brekky , easy .
