“I ordered this September 25, 2018 and received it December 4, 2018. I live in the US and this shipped within the US. I had no idea this item was backordered until I reached out to the company in mid-October asking for a status update bececause I hadn’t received a shipping notice from them. Through their chat app they told me the item was back ordered and I would get it soon. A month later I still hadn’t heard anything. I tried using the chat app again, but no one was answering, so I sent an email telling them I needed an update asking someone to respond in 48-hours with what was going on with this, otherwise I was contacting my CC company and leaving a fraud complaint against them. I heard back with a forwarded email from TheStockRoom, that the item was still on backorder and that I should have it soon. 2 weeks later it arrived in the mail. I’ve had no issues receiving their advertisement emails, but they could t even send status updates for severely backordered items. Not even an apology. I will never shop here again. Had I know. They were buying from TheStockRoom I just would have shopped there. I’ve saved all my communications with this company in case they are ever needed in the future. The item itself is excellent. 5 stars. Very powerful. But this company had a lot of growing and improving it needs to do. I recommend buying this right away, but buy it somewhere else.”
