“The written instructions are not detailed enough. And the video instructions are very rushed. Really struggled to build this. Took us 3 seperate days and still not sure if it’s right. Would rather pay an extra $100 for panels to be pre built and we just have to join them.”

We are sorry that you found the instructions to be lacking in some detail. We do recommend watching through the assembly videos first to get an idea on the process. You can also pause and select sections of the build to watch on the assembly videos. Unfortunately, due to the size of the product we cannot offer to assemble and freight the panels. “I have never done any form of construction, other than fencing with a Landcare Group (back in my late teens), and the quality of the demonstration videos and instructions are so good that it didn't matter. It was so easy that I feel I should have put it together with my two young teenage sons, as I am sure they would have enjoyed doing it as much as I did. The design is perfect and put simply , I think any animal would like to be safe and snug in this enclosure for the night!”
