I used this camera and monitor for around 5 months and now the connector to the camera is broken. It was loose therefor couldn’t connect camera to power and now it has fallen into the camera. Same Thing has happened to the monitor charging connector on side. Has been charging via the dock since. So I haven’t been able to use it since the camera power connector broke. Couldn’t find my receipt so haven’t done anything about it.

Generally a good product, the music is welcome and the light show gives enough light to not crash into bedroom furniture at night while trying to get a bottle but two points are rather annoying: A. The micro usb for plugging the camera in seems to loose connectivity on occasion which is beyond frustrating at times but my just be the one I received. B. 15 degrees triggers the “too cold” alarm which seems a bit weird, would be better if this was adjustable

I like the light show and lullabies however the picture quality on the screen is poor and the range distance is terrible, doesn’t reach our bedroom, only half way across the house.

Blurry image and monitor makes buzzing noise so I can't use it as keeps me awake. The crying alert doesn't also work when we tested.

The starlight show is good. Camera quality really isn't the best and I can't take the monitor off the charging point without it going flat in minutes. Not ideal when I only have one power socket on the other side of the bedroom. Also not sure if it's normal but there is a buzzing sound that comes from the monitor when the camera is in use. Honestly wish I had waited and bought a different monitor.

I bought this video monitor for my house for my grandchild and was very pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. The only thing I think that could be improved on is the actual monitor being bigger for us oldies to see the grandchildren better on.

I’d previously had an oricom monitor for our first baby, which I loved, but the model had been discontinued. So having had a good experience the first time, we went with oricom again. The monitor itself is fine, although we don’t use the star light. The wifi range is horrible in a double storey home, and the inability to change the vox settings is frustrating. The earlier model didn’t pick up the white noise machine, whereas this one does, so we’ve got a constant buzz from the monitor. The lights are also super bright in the camera and monitor, we’ve taped over the camera so it’s not lighting up the nursery.
