“I must point out I received the (Antique Chinese Sword) instead of the (Warring States Chinese Sword). Also the sword case had minor damage on the bottom. I called and spoke with Mr. Bill who was very helpful and a mutual agreement was reached. The price difference was credited to my credit card with no delay. Although there were a few shipping and receiving issues I'm happy with the sword and customer service. I'm actually looking forward to my next purchase - Mr. Wilson”
